The calendar is open year-round. Same-day bookings are welcome as long as the slot is still available.

One hour for every space, including the Full Studio Buyout. You can add one, two or three more hours at checkout, up to six additional hours in a single booking. Need longer? Email us for a custom day rate.

Yes. Book each room separately, or book the Full Studio Buyout to take everything at once. Rooms you book individually are automatically removed from the buyout calendar for that window.

Bookings are paid in full online when you reserve. You will receive an instant confirmation email with your session details and a reminder 24 hours before.

Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund if the session is more than 48 hours away. Otherwise: full refund 90 or more days out, 50 percent from 14 to 90 days out, and non-refundable inside 14 days. Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before.

Access to your booked room, restrooms, the dressing room and the freight elevator for load-in. Natural light and house lighting are included. Lighting kits, backdrops, camera packages and crew are available through R7 Studios on request.

The building holds up to 150 for a Full Studio Buyout. Individual rooms are best for crews of 2 to 12. Tell us your headcount in the booking form so we can prepare.

Yes, at every set. Bring your own extension cords and stingers for larger lighting setups.

Yes, with a Full Studio Buyout. Workshops, launches, screenings and private events are welcome. Alcohol service and amplified sound need advance approval.
